Gerard Depardieu Rides a Four Cylinder Munch Mammuth

Gerard Depardieu spends a lot of time in his new film riding his Mammuth motorcycle. Borrowed from the workshop of the German Mike Kron it features an NSU1200TT engine and is worth around 80,000 Euros. Understandably, Kron was a little reluctant to lend it out to strangers, film makers or not.

So the directors hired Laurent, owner of Moto Services Classic to convince Kron that the motorcycle would be in safe hands.

The film revolves around Depardieu who is Mammuth. He’s just turned 60 and is about to retire. Unfortunately for him, his earlier employers haven’t done the requisite paperwork and so now he must go in search of the companies he used to work for to sort it all out.

His chosen mode of transport for this trip is his classic Mammuth motorcycle, the source of his nickname.
